Fraser Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team temporarily to help support the Katzie and Kwikwetlem First Nations communities. This is a unique opportunity to work in partnership with Indigenous communities to deliver primary care that is culturally safe, community-driven, and grounded in respect and trust.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services in collaboration with Indigenous communities
- Build trusting relationships and provide trauma-informed, culturally safe care
- Work alongside RN’s, MOA’s, Elders and allied health care professionals
- Support health promotion, chronic disease management, and wellness initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
- Experience working with Indigenous communities or a strong commitment to cultural humility and reconciliation
- Ability to adapt to community needs and work in a flexible, collaborative environment
- Passion for equity, inclusion, and Indigenous health transformation
